About Bob Hayes

 
 
Bob Hayes is one of Australia’s leading experts in organizational pandemic planning, business continuity management (BCM) and security risk management.  Bob has provided specialist consulting services to business and government, including the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority, the regulator that sets the BCM and pandemic planning standards and good practice guidelines for the Financial Sector.

 

Formerly head of security and emergency control at Australia’s central bank for 18 years, Bob also lectured in BCM and security risk management at the University of Western Sydney.  He regularly conducts workshops, seminars and presentations on pandemic planning, BCM and risk management.

 

Since 2008, Bob has presented his highly acclaimed full-day workshop on best practice pandemic planning.  He has also developed a two-day course on BCM Best Practice and Benchmarking.   Most importantly, he has recently written and presented an in-depth new DVD workshop Pandemic Planning for Organizations - The Essential DVD Workshop in association with FutureMedia Pty Ltd.
